Even in high school it was, “Oh, you’re Spencer’s little sister.” When we got on TV it was, “We hate Spencer’s little sister because she’s related to Spencer!” I’ve never had my own name, so this is exciting.

A lot of people think The Hills is fake. Can you confirm that all the juicy melodrama is legit?
None of us have studied acting. We can’t cry on the spot. My brother really didn’t talk to me for eight months because I went to Lauren Conrad’s birthday party! I think all of us have had the feeling that it would be easier to be on a scripted show.

Has TV helped your love life?
Ugh. The guys in L.A. are so awful. I feel like I know half of them, and the other half I don’t want to know. They’re all wearing Ed Hardy shirts and trucker hats that say female body inspector. But I’m not looking for someone. I do not want to find my Mr. Right at 23.

Nevermind the fact that Playboy Photoshopped her to hell here (and in the process actually made her look kind of attractive), we weren't making of fun of Tara for having a bad boob job. Well, not just that. We were making fun of her for having bad stomache liposuction leaving her belly a saggy waistland, walking around with her disfigured breasts hanging out and not even knowing it, and generally being a complete and utter drunken mess. TV Ratings Thursday

Even though it was universally down vs. last week, CBS’ all new line up was way too much for the reduced competition. Survivor: Samoa was down 7% to a 3.9 adults 18-49 rating. CSI fell 10% to a 3.5 rating, and The Mentalist slipped 3% to a 3.5 rating.

NBC’s SNL: A Very Gilly Christmas did surprisingly well, averaging a 3.1 rating from 8-10pm. That’s identical to NBC’s 8-10pm average last Thursday. And since it’s 3.6 rating at 9:30 was better than the typical 30 Rock rating, it may have provided the boost that propelled The Jay Leno Show up 6% from last Thursday to a 1.7 rating.

And I rarely comment on repeat performance, but it’s interesting that Vampire Diaries repeats were quite competitive with both Grey’s Anatomy and Fringe repeats, and better than the average new Melrose Place episode.

In Late-Night Local People Meters Thursday night:
Conan O’Brien (1.2/5 in 18-49 in local people meters) topped CBS’s Late Show (1.0/4) in Nielsen’s 24 local markets with People Meters.
At 12:35 a.m., Jimmy Fallon (0.8/5 in 18-49 in local people meters) beat CBS’s Late Late Show (0.6/4).

SYTYCD choreographer Shane Sparks arrested for child molestation

Shane Sparks -- a judge on the MTV show "America's Best Dance Crew" -- has been arrested and charged with 9 counts of child molestation.

The LAPD took Sparks into custody at 8AM PT this morning on a felony warrant charging him with molestation.

The alleged incidents began occurring in 1994. According to the criminal complaint Shane allegedly committed the crimes of lewd acts upon a child -- all felonies.

The criminal complaint -- filed by the L.A. County District Attorney's office -- lists 9 incidents of alleged molestation with an underage girl.

The lewd acts include oral copulation and other acts "with the intent of arousing, appealing to, and gratifying the lust, passions, and sexual desires of the defendant, who was at least 10 years older than [the victim]."

Sparks -- who was also a choreographer on "So You Think You Can Dance" -- is being held on $590,000 bail.

Sparks is the second person from "So You Think You Can Dance" who's been in trouble with the law -- earlier this year his co-star Alex Da Silva was charged with rape.

It's no secret that my family has always been into photo shoots, but my mom was always really big on the family holiday cards. Each year we would get everyone together and my mom always thought of the most ridiculous themes...hence the Harley Davidson one! LOL. Can you believe we did that?!?!??! I die every time I see that picture. This year we got a little lazy with our card, but hey, a lot has been going on in our family! We used a family photo from my wedding and I love seeing my hubby's face on our Christmas card this year! I also love seeing Ryan Seacrest's face on the card as well haha. I mean, I guess he is practically part of the family by now.

Rage Against The Machine swear live on BBC breakfast radio show

The BBC apologised today after US rock band Rage Against the Machine - battling with The X Factor winner Joe McElderry to be the Christmas No 1 - turned the airwaves blue on the Radio 5 Live breakfast show. Rage Against The Machine were guests on the morning show, hosted by Nicky Campbell and Shelagh Fogarty, and invited to play a live version of their song, Killing in the Name.

The band had been asked not to sing the final refrain, "Fuck you, I won't do what you tell me!" but singer Zack de la Rocha sang it anyway. It was not until the fourth repetition that the breakfast show production team faded out the microphone and returned to the studio.

"Get rid of it!" Fogarty could be heard shouting in the background. "Sorry, we needed to get rid of that because that suddenly turned into something we weren't expecting," she told listeners. "Well, we were expecting it and we asked them not to do it and they did it anyway." But Fogarty enjoyed revenge – of sorts – when she told listeners: "So buy Joe's records."

It remains to be seen whether the incident will affect sales of the two records, which are said to be neck and neck in the race to be Christmas number one.

Fans of the band commenting on the audio on YouTube suggested Radio 5 Live should not have been surprised by their behaviour. "This was always gonna happen!" said one. Another added: "She actually sounds surprised they didn't do what she told them to do."

"5 Live breakfast featured a live broadcast of the song Killing in the Name by Rage Against the Machine. We had spoken to the band repeatedly beforehand and they had agreed not to swear. When they did we faded the band out and apologised immediately to anyone who was offended," a spokesman for the station said.

The X Factor winner is gaining on the US rockers, having trailed behind them by 36,681 copies 24 hours previously, according to leaked midweek chart figures. As of last night 'The Climb' had sold 297,192 this week compared to 'Killing In The Name''s 306,115.

Braylon Edwards catches hell on baby

New York Jets wide receiver Braylon Edwards secretly fathered a child with "America's Next Top Model" contestant Nik Pace -- who is now suing him for up to $70,000 a month in child support.

Edwards fathered a boy with the 25-year- old beauty, who was a finalist on Tyra Banks' show in 2005, and she gave birth to Braylon Jr. in August in Georgia.

Edwards, who makes about $5 million a year, immediately filed in Atlanta to be recognized as the father -- but was shocked when Pace objected and sued for child support in New York.

Pace's lawyer, Raoul Felder, told Page Six: "Braylon tried to get the case litigated in Georgia because they are traditionally less generous with child support payments. It's a cold, calculated act to pay less money.

"But we had the case dismissed in Georgia and moved [it] to New York because this is where Nik lives. We served Braylon in the past week. He can run, but he can't hide."

Pace is believed to have known Edwards for a few years, but they never had a serious relationship, friends say.

But Edwards insists he's just trying to do the right thing by his child. "Nik's main home is in Georgia, she is registered to vote in Georgia, and she gave birth in Georgia, which is why he immediately asked the courts in Georgia to recognize him as the dad," a source said.

"She only moved to New York in November after he was traded to the Jets. He wants to be part of the child's life, but she wouldn't even tell him where or when the child would be born so he could be there. He wants to provide for his son. He has been paying support since the birth."

Edwards' lawyer, Randy Kessler, said, "Braylon is a proud father who has loved and supported his child since before he was born. He filed in June to declare himself the legal father and she objected."

Are Kendra & Hank Already Thinking of Baby #2?

Although Kendra Wilkinson and her NFL star hubby Hank Baskett III just welcomed baby Hank earlier this week, don’t be surprised if a little brother or sister joins the little guy in the nursery sometime soon!

“We definitely want another kid right away, because we want the two kids to be close in age,” Kendra told E! in the past. “We want four, but you know, we are taking it one step at a time. We’re concentrating on our first child and seeing where things go from there.”

Being a family man, well, sort of runs in the family for Hank!

“It’s something we’ve talked about and wanted since we met,” Hank said at the time. “Being a loving husband and father is what I’ve always described as the definition of a successful man.”

For now though, we’re sure the new parents will be quite content to celebrate their first Christmas with their new arrival.

“He completes the family,” Kendra gushed to OK!. “It’s so cool how this little baby, this little bundle of joy, just brought all families together. Hank’s family was out here, everybody was out here for this. Not one person was missing.”
